ABV: 6.5% IBUs: 50 Style: New England IPA Serving Temp: 3-5C Glassware: OverHop Pint Notes: Tropical Fruit, Floral Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Zythos, Vic Secret and Ella We fell in love with the New England style to make IPAs on the first sip and right away we knew we needed to brew one of our own. But we wanted something as tropical as Brazil, so we looked for a perfect combination of hops to achieve this goal. TASTING NOTES: Our Hazy is fermented with Conan yeast and has a remarkable turbidity. Tons of hops are added in 2 dry-hopping processes, what gives to it the tropical fruit punch on the nose. This NEIPA pours a super juicy cloudy gold with long lasting white head that lingers with a nice lacing. It has notes of passion fruit, pineapple, star fruit and grapefruit on the nose. On the sip, big and smooth with a bitter grapefruit pithiness, orange zest, peach, pineapple, cantaloupe and a slight mango juiciness. FOOD PAIRING RECOMMENDATIONS: Clam Chowder, Cobb Salad, Fish and Chips, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Juicy Burgers, Nachos and Guacamole, Chorizo, Falafel, Key Lime Pie, Lemon Custard Pie. All taxes and consigne of the Québec province already included in the price.
